Texas authorities are still seeking a second suspect charged after an argument at a Houston-area community college erupted in gunfire that wounded three people.

Court documents released Thursday say the Tuesday shooting happened when two men argued after bumping into each other. One suspect was arrested that day, and a second was charged the next.

The documents identify the second suspect as 22-year-old Trey Foster. Earlier versions had listed Foster's first name as Terry, but they were updated later to reflect the change to Trey.

According to the documents, one of the three people injured in the shooting told investigators that a man later identified as Foster shot him after the two argued.

Foster is charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault. He's not yet been arrested.
