An actress acclaimed for adding gritty South Boston authenticity to the 2007 film "Gone Baby Gone" is facing charges after police in Massachusetts say she and a man broke into a neighbor's apartment.

Jill Quigg pleaded not guilty Monday in Quincy District Court to breaking and entering, among other charges.

Georgios Keskinidis, a 28-year-old Lynn resident, faces the same charges.

Both were released on personal recognizance.

Quincy Lt. Jack Sullivan says they were arrested Friday after a television and printer were stolen from an apartment in Quincy, south of Boston. Witnesses identified the two has having left the apartment.

It was unclear if either had an attorney.

In the film, Quigg plays Dottie, the best friend of the movie's female lead, actress Amy Ryan. The movie was Ben Affleck's directorial debut.
