Few records are available for male defendants sentenced by an Arkansas judge who is facing sexual misconduct allegations

An Associated Press review has found that of 254 men sentenced to community service by Judge Joseph Boeckmann in one of three districts he oversaw, only 13 of the cases included timesheets and court records showing they had completed their sentences.

Several defendants say Boeckmann offered them "alternative" sentences in which he had them pose nude or spanked them with a paddle and photographed the red skin.

The judge resigned in May following a commission's investigation that found more than 4,600 photos of nude or partially clothed men on computers belonging to the judge. Financial records show he paid thousands of dollars from his business accounts to defendants who appeared in his court.
