HARTFORD, Conn. – Police in Connecticut have charged a man in the shooting of an associate of former NFL star Aaron Hernandez.
Hartford police announced Wednesday that they charged 29-year-old Leslie Randolph with felony assault and gun crimes in the shooting of Alexander Bradley outside a nightclub Sunday. Bradley is recovering from gunshot wounds to his leg.
Randolph is being held on $1 million bail. It's not clear if he has a lawyer.
Bradley also is being held on $1 million bail. Police charged him with gun crimes after they say he opened fire outside the nightclub after being shot. His lawyer says he's a victim.
Hernandez is detained on a murder charge in Massachusetts.
Bradley is suing Hernandez on allegations he lost his right eye when Hernandez shot him in Miami last year.
