Police say five teenagers were wounded in a shooting at a "sweet 16" birthday party in an Atlanta suburb.

The Gwinnett County Police Department says four teens were shot, while another was hit by shrapnel. None had life-threatening injuries. All were treated and released from Gwinnett Medical Center.

Police say the gunman began firing randomly in the Snellville home around 11 p.m. Saturday. About 50 had gathered there for the party.

Detectives are investigating to determine if the shooting was linked to gang or drug activity. They have not yet identified a suspect.
