Jillian Michaels denounces grimy yacht rental on Italian vacation

Jillian Michaels likely evoked some “poor little rich girl” sentiments when she went on a rant about a botched yacht rental.

Michaels, 43, said she recently booked a 12-day yacht rental for a trip on the Amalfi Coast through the company Charterworld, but claimed that the vessel wasn’t nearly as luxurious as advertised.

“The boat was shown in pictures as pristine and if you google the boat (called The Never One Yacht) you will see how the boat was shown in pics on line [sic],” the “Biggest Loser” trainer wrote on Facebook Saturday. “It was not only filthy, but it had no hotwater, no air [conditioning] when not docked, no wifi, partial electricity, it was clearly in total disrepair.”

The alleged high-end horrors didn’t stop there.

“This situation turned aggressive and threatening,” Michaels continued. “By the third day of our charter we were being extorted for money and things became so escalated we literally feared for our safety.”

Charterworld did not return a request for comment.

The “30-Day Shred” host also claimed that no one on the crew spoke English, and that they “menacingly” demanded more money for fuel “because of Mafia in Capri,” TMZ reported.

Michaels and her family and friends aboard the yacht have since left the boat and checked into a hotel.

Michaels also warned her followers of other alleged vacation scams, claiming to have fallen victim to three separate cons within six months. The fitness guru claimed the first incident was allegedly a “simple scam” on Airbnb and that the second was a supposed luxury rental home that didn’t have running water.

A rep for Michaels did not immediately return a request for comment.
