Hey Guys,

"FOX & Friends Weekend" has a great show planned to officially launch summer. If you'd like to see what it would take to transform Kiran and I into Vegas showgirls, we'll show you on Saturday. Prepare yourselves!

As you watch, if you're cooling off with an ice-cold smoothie, put it down immediately — or at least until David Kirsch tells you what's in it and how to make one at home that is much, much healthier than the store-bought variety.

Of course, we'll have the latest news and updates on the arrest of the terror suspects in Miami that authorities say conspired to bring down the Sears Tower in Chicago. We're researching who these guys are and we'll bring you what we've learned about their backgrounds tomorrow morning.

We'll also have a debate on the disclosure in the New York Times that the U.S. government has been accessing a vast database of confidential banking information in an effort to track terror funding. Did the New York Times jeopardize national security or serve the public interest? We'll bring you both sides so you can decide.

You'll see more of Julian's inside look at NASA. We know those guys are rocket scientists but somehow they made Julian weightless!

Oh, and here's a shocker, Julian has managed to squeeze in a golf segment. Watch him try to improve his swing. Watch Kiran and I take cover.

See ya Saturday morning!

Alisyn
