Relief Efforts: The aftermath of the tsunamis that hit South Asia and East Africa leave 44,000 dead. And the U.N. says the disaster will prompt the world's biggest relief effort, but aid may not be coming in fast enough for some of the victims. We’ll have the latest on the devastation and we’ll talk to Thomas Tighe, from Direct Relief International (search) about what’s being done to help the survivors of the deadly waves.

Who’s Responsible? Wal-Mart (search) has been under fire for censoring provocative lyrics on music CD's, but now they're getting sued for letting one slip through the cracks. Should Wal-Mart be responsible for the content of the music CD's they sell? We’ll talk to the lawyer of the parents who think Wal-Mart is responsible.

Moore Inoculation: If you're a big, bad corporation, the last thing you want to see is Michael Moore skulking around with a camera crew. He's taking on the pharmaceutical industry and the big drug makers are getting ready. We’ll talk to Fraser Seitel, president of Emerald Partners and author of "The Practice of Public Relations" on how one drug company is preparing to take on Moore.

Escalating Violence: As the elections in Iraq get closer, the violence carries on. And there are multiple terror attacks across the country Tuesday as Usama bin Laden (search) tries to influence the outcome with a taped message, we'll have the latest from Iraq.
