And, he was trying to save lives and now he's charged with murder. Prosecutors file charges against the driver of the bus that caught fire during the evacuation before Hurricane Rita (search), which killed 23 people. The DA says safe transportation was his responsibility and he failed miserably. But is there a case against the driver?
