And U.S. representative and former Florida secretary of state Republican Katherine Harris (search) announced today her intention to challenge Democratic Senator Bill Nelson (search) next fall. Despite reports that the White House is not excited about the prospects of a Harris campaign and failed solicitations of other Republicans to run, Ms. Harris said that if there are any other Republicans the White House would like in the race that they were welcome to "bring it on."
