• Talks on the draft constitution continue in Iraq, as protestors take to the street. Time is winding down before Parliament has to declare the draft final. We'll get the latest from FOX News' David Piper.
• Another person involved in Able Danger (search) stepped forward Friday and said, "Yes, indeed, they did know about Atta a year before 9/11 and that the picture they had of Atta was different from the passport photo that was used to identify him after the terror attacks." FOX News' Catherine Herridge has the lowdown.
• Then, on day three of four days of meetings of the base closing commission, BRAC votes to keep open Ellsworth Air Force Base (search) in South Dakota. Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., unseated then-Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle partly on the strength of his claim that he would be better positioned to help save the base. Mike Emanuel has the details.
• And, a new law has been passed that requires federal workers and students to be taught about the Constitution on Constitution Day. Brian Wilson takes a look at this new law and interviews its author, Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.Va.
• Plus, Gen. Myers gave a briefing about his recent 10-day trip to say good-bye to his troops as he ends his tenure as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Myers discussed the importance of the U.S. "staying the course" in Iraq both militarily and politically. Bret Baier has the story.
