Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Monday's session are Agilent Technologies Inc., Cendant Corp. and W.R. Berkley Corp.

Agilent Technologies Inc. (A) is expected to report fiscal first-quarter earnings of 30 cents a share, according to analysts polled by Thomson First Call.

Arch Capital Group Ltd. (ACGL) is seen posing a fourth-quarter profit of 95 cents a share.

Bob Evans Farms Inc.'s (BOBE) fiscal third-quarter results are expected to show a per-share profit of 25 cents, according to two analysts.

Cendant Corp. (CD) is expected to post earnings of 23 cents a share in its fourth quarter.

Forward Air Corp. (FWRD) is seen reporting a fourth-quarter profit of 42 cents a share.

Lincoln National Corp.'s (LNC) fourth-quarter earnings are expected to be $1.08 a share.

Mercury General Corp. (MCY) is expected to report a per-share profit of $1.06 in its fourth quarter.

Perry Ellis International Inc. (PERY) is seen posting a fourth-quarter profit of 80 cents a share.

W.R. Berkley Corp.'s (BER) fourth-quarter results are expected to show a per-share profit of $1.04.

Biogen Idec Inc. (BIIB) Genentech Inc. (DNA) said the Food and Drug Administration has approved Rituxan for use in the first-line treatment of patients with diffuse large B-cell, CD20-positive, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in combination with anthracycline-based chemotherapy regimens. Rituxan was discovered by Biogen Idec, and the company co-markets it along with Genentech. Rituxan had previously been approved as a single agent for use in relapsed or refractory, low-grade or follicular, CD20-positive, B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Max Re Capital Ltd. (MXRE) reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $11.4 million, or 20 cents a share. During the same period a year ago, the Bermuda-based reinsurer posted net earnings of $87.1 million, or $1.82 a share. The net operating loss was $7.9 million, or 13 cents a share, for the quarter. Last year, net operating earnings were $80.8 million, or $1.67 a share. Analysts surveyed by Thomson First Call had forecast fourth-quarter earnings of 9 cents a share. Total revenue fell 11% to $271.7 million from $304.5 million. Net written premiums totaled $188.8 million vs. $97.1 million.
