The ex-wife of musician Travis Barker, who was burned in a plane crash last month that killed four other passengers, said she was supposed to travel with him that day, but canceled due to a bad feeling, Us Weekly magazine reported Saturday.

“I was supposed to go with [Travis] to South Carolina, and at the last minute, I had this gnarly feeling and said ‘I don’t think we should fly together anymore,’” Shanna Moakler, 33, told Us.

Moakler said she was afraid if something happened to both her and Barker, 32, that their children would lose both parents.

Instead of flying a commercial plane, Barker, his band-mate Adam “DJ A.M.” Goldstein, 35, and other colleagues decided to take a private plane. The plane later crashed upon takeoff, killing all passengers except Barker and Goldstein, who both suffered second- and third-degree burns.

According to Moakler, Barker emailed her pictures of the plane before boarding, telling her that it was “really small and scary,” Us Magazine reported.

Barker was recently released from the hospital.
