A judge in New Jersey may decide Thursday whether to return three children with Nazi-inspired names to their parents.

Their mother, Deborah Campbell, was in family court in Hunterdon County. She and her husband, Heath, made headlines in December when a supermarket refused to decorate a birthday cake for their 3-year-old son, Adolf Hitler Campbell.

New Jersey's Division of Youth and Family Services removed the boy and younger sisters JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell from the home in January.

Heath Campbell says the agency told him the children were taken because they were in "imminent danger." He believes the removal was prompted by publicity surrounding their names.
