Hollywood golden girl Cameron Diaz proved her strength and dedication on Thursday by standing before the throngs of press and fans sporting her brightest smile at the premiere of her latest movie, just a week after her father's death.

"I feel so blessed right now. The support I have been given over this past week has just been so overwhelming," Diaz told Pop Tarts at the premiere of "What Happens in Vegas," her eyes swelling. "This has been so hard, but having such wonderful people around me is certainly helping to ease the pain."

Looking significantly thinner, Cam's itty-bitty frame was prominent beneath her tight-fitting red dress. But coupled with her trademark "messy" blonde hair and enthusiasm, Diaz still looked every bit the dazzling star.

Cameron clutched onto co-star Ashton Kutcher for most of the red carpet appearance and fought back tears as some of her dearest pals, including Vince Vaughn and Eva Longoria, took time to embrace her.

But regardless of everything the "Charlie's Angel" has endured in recent days, her face lit up when she recalled a wild night out at age 18 when she suffered alcohol poisoning in Sydney.

"But I was a kid — I've learned my lesson," she said.

"I don't know an 18-year-old that hasn't had alcohol poisoning at some point, especially if you're in Australia," Ashton chimed in. "But we're well-behaved now."

Hmmm, we aren't so convinced about that one. ...

"I had to be the serious guy who kept having to tell them both to go to bed and behave," said Tom Vaughan, the director of the film.

Paris Embarrassed by Benji's Music?

While word on the street is that Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden is preparing to write a love song for his new leading lady Paris Hilton, the hotel heiress may not want to hear it at parties.

Video: Paris Embarrassed?

The heiress hung out by the DJ booth at the LG “Scarlet” series launch party in West Hollywood on Monday night, cuddling up to her man, who was spinning music for the night.

However, partygoers have told Pop Tarts that Paris became “quite embarrassed” when Madden continued to play his own songs. She started giggling and was even seen giving him a playful slap before (finally) retreating to give him some space.

While the party was hip and happening with a who’s who of Young Hollywood from Lindsay Lohan to Audrina Patridge to Emmy Rossum to Lauren Conrad in attendance, one lass who wasn’t quite so spirited (at least to start with) was actress Bai Ling.

According to insiders, Ling was told to “wait her turn” before walking the red carpet as rival TV star Tila Tequila had to be rushed in before her.

“The snappers went crazy over Tila, and Bai was more than a little upset about being dissed,” our source said.

Rob Lowe's Nanny Breaks Down

Laura Boyce, the second nanny to sue Rob and Sheryl Lowe over the alleged misconduct in their home, broke down several times while talking to the press for the first time on Thursday.

On April 7, Boyce (who worked as the Lowes' nanny from April 2007 to November 2007) found out “through the media” that she was being sued by the actor and his wife, and on Wednesday she filed a countersuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Visibly shaking and sobbing, a thin and well-groomed Boyce clutched on to power attorney Gloria Allred as she revealed how she feels “betrayed” by the family that she “respected” so deeply.

“I left because I could no longer put up with Mrs. Lowe’s conduct toward me. When I left, they did not pay me my last paycheck,” Boyce sobbed. “I feel betrayed and hurt and extremely upset that they would sue me after I endured what I did in their household.”

Court documents filed by Boyce say that Mrs. Lowe “exposed herself” to the young employee and consistently asked questions about her boyfriend’s genitalia, used the “n” word and acted in a “perverted, disgusting” manner.

“Robe Lowe is named in the sexual harassment claim based upon the fact that he is Ms. Boyce’s employer along with his wife. We believe that he and his wife are jointly liable for any sexual harassment in the workplace,” Allred said, adding that a week before the Lowes filed a lawsuit against Boyce, Sheryl actually called her, offering her a job again and inviting her to travel to Hawaii with the family.

However, Sheryl Lowe is standing firm that Boyce is full of “lies."

"The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments,” the actor’s wife told "The Insider" on Thursday.

"As a mother of two young boys, it is sickening and disgusting that Mrs. Allred and Ms. Boyce would stoop so low as to drag a child into this latest, baseless, predatory lawsuit."

Nick Cannon Takes Mariah to Be His Wife?

This time last year, Nick Cannon was just one week away from proposing to lingerie model Selita Ebanks. But 12 months later, the actor is reportedly married — to Mariah Carey.

According to Latina magazine, the comely couple (who only went public with their relationship a week ago) tied the knot in a small ceremony in the Bahamas late Wednesday.

Despite the fact that Carey is 11 years older than Cannon, a source close to Cannon told Pop Tarts that they “make a good match."

“I can’t confirm any wedding rumors,” our insider said. “But I’m not denying it either.”

Another insider close to the Carey clan thought the rumored nuptials were “unlikely” as Mariah is “very protective of her funds” and wouldn’t have gone through with the process without a prenuptial agreement.

"To my knowledge this hasn't been arranged, but who knows?" the insider said.

Reps for both music moguls refused to comment.

Carey was previously married to music mogul Tommy Mottola.
