LOS ANGELES – Despite reports that Disney darlings Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have parted ways, Pop Tarts can assure you the two young lovers are still making more than music.
Tarts popped the pop prince and princess getting intimate at their own little booth at Hollywood's hottest hole-in-the-wall, Lola's, on Friday night. The dancing duo sipped a selection of signature martinis in between constant kisses and cuddles. (What happened to being 21?)
Strangely enough, their naughty little night out was interrupted when pal Luke Perry joined them. (Isn't he, like, well into his 40s now?)
Obviously, our Ness wasn't allowing any lawsuits to take the fun out of her Friday, as she faces yet another hardship -- only this time the saga involves salaries rather than scandalous snaps. It was announced Monday that Hudgens is being sued by her former lawyer, Brian L. Schall, over an $150,000 in allegedly unpaid fees. Schall claims the starlet has swiped more than $5 million in songwriting and recording deals that he was instrumental in negotiating.
And while Vanessa no doubt will fight her case, will she have to fight to keep Zac, too? Even though the pair did plenty of kissing under the martinis last week, Pop Tarts hears Mr. Efron has a very long line of ladies waiting for him to call.
"Gorgeous girls throw themselves at him all the time, and he has plenty of phone numbers," our source said. "And while things are on between Vanessa and Zac at the moment, he has plenty of back-up when/if things go sour."

Britney's New Boy: A Paparazzo?
Just when you thought things couldn't get any more bizarre in Britney Spears' (and her family's) funny lil' world, they just did. According to Us Magazine, Britney spent Saturday Night at The Peninsula Hotel in Hollywood with a prying paparazzo.
Apparently "Adrian," the photog, was busted bumping out of the five-star suite at 6 a.m. Sunday, followed a few hours later by Spears. The Finalpixx pap reportedly gave the starlet his business card on Saturday afternoon at a gas station (surprise, surprise) and Spears soon dialed to get the good times rollin'.
The photographer's pal, however, has told Pop Tarts the two stayed up all night making sweet… conversation. But after her slumber party, Britney went back to business by boogying with her baby boys for the afternoon in her Beverly Hills abode. Awww.
JR Rotem Purchases Panties; Jamie Foxx Finds 'Gold Diggers'
Music producer JR Rotem (aka Britney's rumored baby daddy) has been busy buying panties, but we're assuming that they aren't for notoriously panties-free pop princess. Pop Tarts popped the muso doing his holiday shopping Friday night at the Century City Westfield in Los Angeles.
And even though he spent a lot of last week hopping through Hollywood with Lindsay Lohan, JR this time was hanging with another bella brunette. He was busted rummaging through the "Very Sexy" underwear tables in Victoria's Secret, "pretending" to appear bored while waiting for his mystery woman to pick up some lacy lingerie. But an hour later, Pop Tarts popped Rotem returning to the store and having a good ol' stare at a big Gisele Bundchen poster.
Speaking of boys and their bellas, Jamie Foxx had no shortage of lovely ladies helping him celebrate the big four-oh. Pop Tarts popped the Oscar-winner concluding his weeklong birthday bender with a big hoorah at JET Nightclub at The Mirage in Las Vegas on Friday Night.
Foxx flaunted in around midnight with best bud Martin Lawrence and then Jamie frolicked with the beautiful babes boogying around him. "Gold Diggers," perhaps? Foxx apparently got foxxy with one fine brunette in particular, with an insider telling us Jamie "hopes too see more" of the Vegas native.
