Police: Mother Accidentally Runs Over 3-Year-Old Son

DELEON SPRINGS, Fla. – Authorities say a 3-year-old boy died when his mother accidentally backed a sport utility vehicle over the child.

Authorities say 20-year-old Yadira Benitez-Morales did not see her son while backing up in the family's driveway Sunday night

Authorities say Octavio Esparza Benitez was pronounced dead at the scene.

No charges have been filed.
