HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Hagerstown police filed drug dealing charges against a 79-year-old woman who was allegedly dealing drugs.
Police said Thelma Walters was selling crack cocaine from her apartment on North Jonathan Street. She's charged with distribution of crack cocaine and two counts each of possession with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges followed several weeks of surveillance at the address and a drug purchase by an undercover informant.
