LOS ANGELES – Patricia Arquette filed for divorce from actor Thomas Jane in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the dissolution of their two-and-a-half year marriage. The "Medium" starlet is also seeking full custody of the couple’s five-year-old daughter Harlow, with visitation rights for Jane.
Oh and for the record, Arquette doesn’t want a penny from her former flame and refused to file for spousal support but she also requested that the court refuse Jane spousal support from her behalf. Arquette has hired power-lawyer Laura Wasser, who has also done the dirty work for the likes of Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie, Keifer Sutherland, Stevie Wonder and Nick Lachey.
Lohan and Ronson's Romance Over?
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were the most talked about couple in 2008, but it looks as though their 2009 may be off to a very single start.
A source very close to the couple confirmed Tarts that the two officially parted ways just a few days ago when Lohan’s lease at their Hollywood Hills home ended, prompting her to immediately move out. We’re told Linds’s little sis Ali flew from New York to be there for her big sis while she copes with the break-up.
"Lindsay is actually doing really well, she’s back to her old happy self," another source said, although Lindsay herself adamantly denied the break-up reports on her MySpace celebrity page on Monday.
The relationship between the troubled actress and high-profile spinner has certainly been well, very physical. Lohan and Ronson have been busted busting each other up numerous times, most recently in Miami over New Years and just prior to that Lohan took her girlfriend to the hospital for an "undisclosed cause" although according to an inside source, this stemmed from a bit of a slap-up between the pair.
"I’m behind Lindsay in whatever she decides to do," her father Michael Lohan told Tarts with regard to the break-up rumors. "This year I know we will see a lot of positive changes in her life and I thank God."
Eliza Dushku Embedded With Glass While Filming Sex Scene
When Eliza Dushku took on the role of City Hall in the indie flick "Nobel Son" she didn’t just take a pay cut, it seems she probably took a few body cuts too.
"We shot on the top of a Los Angeles building at four in the morning and they hadn't really had cleared the space, it was low budget so it was just point and shoot," Dushku told Tarts in regards to her not-so-sultry sex scene with co-star Bryan Greenberg. "So they set us on a mattress and wrapped us in some blankets that were covered in fiber glass that we couldn't shower off because the glass was embedded in our entire skin. We had to duct tape the fiber glass off at the end of the shoot, not so sexy."
But apparently the "Bring it On" babe is getting a little action away from the lights and camera. Dushku is reportedly dating Hollywood nightlife guru Brent Bolthouse (of "The Hills" fame) and he even met her parents in her Massachusetts hometown over the holiday break.
Kate Moss’s Wardrobe Malfunction
Jut because Kate Moss is one of the highest paid supermodels in the world doesn’t mean that she’s fully-functioning when it comes to her fashion choices.
Moss was snapped baring her breast (even while donning a loose-fitting beige dress) over the weekend as she vacationed in Thailand with her beau, The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince.
But a bit of boob hasn’t been the only babble regarding Kate of late, the British beauty was also spotted patting what many believe is a baby belly as she paraded along the beach. Moss denied pregnancy speculation in December and her rep was not available for comment on the latest round of rumors.
