Everyone knows there's no politicking just outside polling places. But what if the polling place is named for the candidate?

That's the dilemma Clark County (search) election officials are trying to address by removing one school from the list of places where voters will cast ballots for the November election.

The school's Wendell P. Williams (search) Elementary School in West Las Vegas.

The candidate's Democratic state Assemblyman Wendell Williams -- an incumbent seeking his 10th term.

That's got election officials telling voters that they'll go this year to a neighborhood church that's not named for any of the candidates.

Williams is facing a Democratic primary challenge from teacher Harvey Munford.

The winner will face Republican Cornell Clark, Libertarian Charles Schneider and Independent American party member Clayne Petersen.
