Madonna Stars in Steamy 46-Page Pictorial With New Boy Toy

Madonna gets it on with Jesus - for 46 pages.

That's what W magazine is offering up in its March 2009 issue, as the 50-year-old Material Mom and 22-year-old model Jesus Luz star in the massive photo essay "Blame It on Rio" from veteran photographer Steven Klein.

"A powerful, sexy woman and her boyish plaything. Sound familiar?" the magazine states.

The steamy photo shoot is Madonna's third with Klein for the magazine.

Madonna, who divorced from husband of 10 years Guy Ritchie as 2008 drew to a close, has also been linked recently to baseball player Alex Rodriguez, 33.

Meanwhile, Luz’s relationship with Madonna has done wonders for his career.
