LOS ANGELES – Being heard and not seen was enough for Kelsey Grammer to win an Emmy Award for his voiceover performance as Sideshow Bob on Fox's "The Simpsons."
Grammer's honor was among the juried awards announced this week by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. They'll be presented at the Emmy creative arts ceremony on Aug. 19.
Grammer can add his latest trophy, for the animated show's episode titled "The Italian Bob," to the four he won as best actor in a comedy for "Frasier."
Nominees for the main Emmy ceremony, airing Aug. 27 on NBC with host Conan O'Brien, were announced earlier this month.
