Guns N' Roses 'In Negotiations' for 'Chinese Democracy' Release

Guns N' Roses is "in negotiations" for the release of its decade-in-the-making album "Chinese Democracy," according to a post on the band's Web site.

"We're in negotiations for the release of 'Chinese Democracy' and things are going well," the statement says.

Meanwhile, Guns N' Roses guitarist Robin Finck has left the band to return to Nine Inch Nails, and will tour with Nine Inch Nails this summer.

"Robin's plans caught everyone in Guns, as well as our fans, a bit off-guard," the band says.

Last month, Guns N’ Roses announced that they are now represented by the management team of Irving Azoff and Andy Gould.

"We are very excited and look forward to working with them and hope our relationship proves beneficial for everyone, especially the fans," the band said.

In December 2006, reclusive front man Axl Rose said "Chinese Democracy" would hit stores March 6, 2007, blaming legal issues, "complications" with tour scheduling and album/video plans and a "lack of respect" by the band's management for the delay.
