OCALA, Fla. – A Florida bus driver on Friday was arrested for allegedly sending high school students text messages with explicit sexual content, MyFOXOrlando.com reports.
The 45-year-old driver, Joyce Sheldon, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of transmitting harmful materials to minors.
MyFOXOrlando.com reports that a police report says the messages started in December and continued into January. They came to light when a student who got in trouble on the bus turned the messages over to the principal.
Students also told investigators that Sheldon made sexual comments to many students on her bus.
