SURPRISE, Ariz. – A charred body was discovered by firefighters called to extinguish a trash bin fire late Wednesday night in Surprise, Ariz.
It appeared the fire was deliberately set and they are investigating the death as a homicide, Surprise police detectives said.
Identity of the victim and cause of death will be left to the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office.
