ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The former Sands Casino Hotel was imploded in Atlantic City on Thursday night to make room for a $2 billion casino-resort, MyFoxNY.com reported.
The 21-story building came down after a series of controlled explosions and the site will be used for a new facility at Indiana and Pacific avenues.
