Today marks our 200th show. To put that in perspective, that's 197 installments more than the "Godfather" trilogy. So you see, it's quite an achievement.

You know, many people ask me how the show has managed to stay on so long. My first answer is amphetamines. And then, of course, it's the love of a good woman, as well a few men dressed as women, who loiter outside Port Authority. They're all dead now.

But the real reason why we're here is because you the viewer and FOX News have faith in us.

And we've learned so much doing the show. Like, for example, never borrow John Gibson's coffee mug without asking. He's a strong man. And he's not afraid to show it.

And, you've also learned something about us. You've learned that I don't have patience for ambivalence, especially when it comes to houseboys. I operate from my gut when discussing issues, as well as when selecting restraints and ball gags. You really need to go for look, not comfort.

And so I can promise you that, in the next 200 shows, you will get more of the same quality programming you've come to expect from "Red Eye." And I'm very sorry for that.

And that's my gut feeling!
