Adult Day Care Center Van Wreck Kills 7 in Texas
ALTO BONITO, Texas – The Department of Public Safety says the death toll has reached seven from today's adult day care center van wreck in Starr County.

Some of the van victims were ejected. Authorities are investigating whether they wore seat belts.
