Three people are dead after a multi-engine plan crashed at the Lorain County Regional Airport in Ohio, Fox8.com reported.

The plane, registered to Mitts Corp., was traveling to Lorain from Gainesville, Fla., where the company is based.

Bob Tallhamer, who witnessed the crash from his living room window, told Fox8.com the plane was significantly lower than other planes as it was approaching the airport and it appeared one of the wings was angling toward the ground.

The plane crashed into a wooded area.

Investigators are not identifying the victims until family members are notified.
