Please join us for our review of an unforgettable year in the history of the United States and the civilized world.

In the past, we've recapped the year chronologically...beginning with January and working our way towards December. But this year is different. There's only one way to look back at 2001. We all remember where we were and what we were doing on September 11. We'll take you there again in our special broadcast.

Plus, we'll bring you a look at the year in politics. One that began with a bitterly disputed election and even saw an historic moment when the control of the United States Senate unexpectedly changed from the Republicans to the Democrats.

We'll also look at the year in the sports, business, entertainment, crime and science.

And, finally, we'll say good-bye to some of the familiar members of our world who are with us no longer.

We hope you'll join us for 2001: The Year That Changed the World through the New Year's weekend.
