Wolfsburg, Germany – Wolfsburg made its fourth signing of the winter by securing the services of Portuguese forward Vieirinha.
The 25-year-old joins Wolfsburg from Greek side PAOK Salonika for an undisclosed fee, and he makes the move on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
"Vieirinha has impressed both as a provider and a finisher at PAOK and these qualities should improve our threat in front of goal," Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath said in a press release.
"He is a versatile forward with good dribbling qualities and he can play both centrally and out wide."
In addition to Vieirinha, the 2009 Bundesliga champions have also added Slobodan Medojevic, Ferhan Hasani and Petr Jiracek so far this month.
