The Dallas Cowboys are opening up the playbook Monday night against the Detroit Lions.
With the Cowboys leading by a touchdown in the third quarter, Dak Prescott handed off to wideout Dez Bryant on what appeared to be a basic reverse. As Bryant ran toward the sideline he slowed his pace and lofted a perfect pass to veteran tight end Jason Witten for a 10-yard touchdown. It was Bryant's first-career touchdown pass and he had a blast celebrating it with his teammates.
Cowboys offensive coordinator Scott Linehan is giving Dallas' upcoming playoff opponents something to think about after calling that trick play.
