Winston-Salem, NC (Sports Network) - Wake Forest announced Friday that running back Josh Harris had his eligibility restored for his senior season.
The announcement came a little more than a week after the school made an appeal to the NCAA.
"I am happy that the appeal was approved," coach Jim Grobe said. "I am excited to get Josh into camp."
Harris was the team's leading rusher last season with 608 yards on 137 carries. He also scored five touchdowns. Harris also caught 19 passes for 96 yards.
He enters the 2013 season ranked 14th in school history with 1,760 career rushing yards and 15 TDs on the ground.
