The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out quarterback Michael Vick and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin for Thursday's game against the Seahawks.

Neither player has suited up since a Week 10 loss to the Cardinals.

Vick suffered two broken ribs in the 21-17 setback, while Maclin has been out with shoulder and hamstring injuries.

With Vick unable to go, the Eagles (4-7) will again turn to backup Vince Young, who threw for 400 yards in last Sunday's 38-20 shellacking at the hands of the Patriots.

Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle), tackle King Dunlap (concussion) and linebacker Moise Fokou (ankle) have also been ruled out.

Running back LeSean McCoy (toe) and cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha (knee) are listed as questionable.

Vick also missed three games last season with a rib injury.
