Tennessee Titans wide receiver Harry Douglas said fellow receiver Justin Hunter is in Nashville and prepared to take part in training camp.

Hunter was arrested last week and charged with one count of felonious assault in connection with a July 3 bar fight in Virginia. The former second-round pick is free on $25,000 bound and has a court date Sept. 3.

"Justin is a strong-minded man," Douglas said, via the Tennessean. "He does a great job for us. I think it's just one of those things where he's going to get over that. He's here, he's ready to work and ready to be a part of this team. He's ready to grind and go hard for us."

Douglas, who signed with the Titans as a free agent over the offseason said he's spoken with Hunter, but the two didn't go into too much detail about Hunter's recent arrest.

"We didn't talk to him too much about that situation because you don't want to be the guy that every time something happens, the first thing you hear is from one person," Douglas said. "But you can get through to people without having to bring up certain things.

"Justin is a great guy. He's a smart guy. Whatever happened in that situation, that's between Justin and (those involved). I'm going to help him with whatever he needs. And I know if I need anything, he'll be there for me."
