Detroit, MI – Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera left Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox with tightness in his left hamstring.
Cabrera poked a single out to left in the sixth inning and was immediately replaced by Don Kelly.
Cabrera is considered day-to-day.
