Tim Thelen won his second consecutive event on the European Senior Tour Sunday when he triumphed at the Bad Ragaz PGA Seniors Open.

Thelen held off Mark James with a 3-under 70 on Sunday. The American Thelen came in at 12-under 198 and finished two clear of James, who birdied three of his last four for a 5-under 65.

Thelen, who won last week's Berenberg Bank Masters, stumbled after the turn with bogeys at 10 and 12. James caught up with Thelen thanks to birdies at 15, 16 and 18, but Thelen birdied 15 and 17 to get the win.

Anders Forsbrand (66), Peter Fowler (67), Stephen McAllister (65) and Des Smyth (66) tied for fourth at 8-under 202.

Bill Longmuir (67) and Paul Wesselingh (65) shared eighth at minus-7.
