Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Houston Texans tight end Garrett Graham was placed on season-ending injured reserve on Friday.

Graham did not practice at all this week due to a hamstring injury and has missed Houston's past two games.

Due to starter Owen Daniels' leg injury, Graham set career highs in his fourth season with the Texans. He started 11 games this season and hauled in 49 balls for 545 yards and five touchdowns.

In other moves, Houston also placed full back Brad Smelley on injured reserve and signed running back Chad Spann and tight end Phillip Supernaw to the active roster.
