The off-field troubles continue for suspended Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon, who on Saturday was charged with DUI in Carter County, Okla.

The arrest took place at 4:45 a.m., according to the Carter County Sheriff's Office website.

Blackmon was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2012 draft but has been suspended since November 2013 for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. He has done at least one stint in rehab and also had a DUI arrest in college.

Earlier this year, Blackmon's name surfaced when FOX Sports reported that the Jaguars likely would not let their troubled receiver out of his contract to play in the CFL.

The Jaguars hope to recoup some of the $7.1 million signing bonus Blackmon received as part of his rookie deal. A college standout at Oklahoma State, Blackmon caught 93 passes for 1,280 yards and six touchdowns in 20 games for the Jaguars before being indefinitely suspended. He also pleased no contest to a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession during a July 2014 traffic stop.
