Ryan Sullivan fired a 7-under 65 on Sunday to come from behind and win the Puerto Rico Classic by one shot.

Sullivan finished at 11-under-par 205. This was Sullivan's first win on the PGa Tour Latinoamerica and it came in his first tour start.

Samuel Del Val (68) and Armando Favela (70) shared second place at minus-10 on the East Course at Dorado Beach Resort. Del Val birdied 16 and 17 to gain a piece of the lead, but stumbled to a bogey at the last to end one back. Favela birdied the last to share second.

Sullivan ran off three straight birdies to start his round. Another birdie at the sixth helped him make the turn at 8-under. He birdied three of four holes from the 11th to jump into the lead at minus-11. He tripped to a bogey on the 15th, but atoned for that mistake with a birdie at 16. Sullivan parred the last two to earn the win.

Del Val traded a bogey for a birdie from the first. He birdied the fourth and seventh to reach minus-8. After a birdie on 10, Del Val stumbled to a bogey at 12. He erased that error with a birdie on the 13th. Del Val joined Sullivan at 11-under with birdies on 16 and 17, but bogeyed the last to cost himself a chance at a playoff with.

Favela, the second-round leader, had two birdies on the front nine to also turn at 8-under. He traded a bogey for a birdie from the 12th and again from the 17th to share second.

The event was cut to 54 holes after several weather delays through the weekend.

Cesar Agustin Costilla (65), Dustin Garza (69) and Jorge Fernandez-Valdes (69) shared fourth place at 9-under-par 207. Stephen Jaeger (67), Rafael Campos (67), Jorge Monroy (70) and Julian Etulain (71) were one shot back at minus-8.
