The Philadelphia 76ers have signed guard Justin Holiday and waived guard Jeremy Pargo.

Holiday appeared in 47 games, starting 42, for Idaho of the NBA Development League this season. He averaged 17.3 points with 5.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists.

The older brother of Sixers All-Star guard Jrue Holiday, Justin played for Philadelphia during the Orlando Summer League last year and averaged 11.8 points. He then spent time in training camps with Cleveland and Portland, but was waived by both teams.

Pargo played in 14 games for the 76ers this season and averaged 4.9 points with 2.0 assists.
