Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll are not surprised that the Seattle Seahawks are seeing division rival San Francisco in the NFC championship game.

Both the Seahawks quarterback and coach said Monday they see the title matchup as a sign of just how good the NFC West has become.

Their comments came two days after Seattle advanced to the conference title game by knocking off the Saints 23-15 on Saturday.

Seattle and San Francisco split the two games with each winning at home. The Seahawks rolled to a 29-3 win in Week 2, and the 49ers kicked a late field goal for a 19-17 win in Week 14.

Seattle is unsure if Percy Harvin will be available for Sunday's game. Harvin suffered a concussion on Saturday and Carroll said Wednesday and Thursday will be the key days.
