Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard received a bone marrow aspirate injection in his right knee and will be re- evaluated in four weeks, the team announced Wednesday.

The procedure was conducted by Dr. Walt Lowe of the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute in Houston.

Howard has missed 16 games this season due to injuries. The Rockets are 11-5 without him on the floor.

In 32 games this season, Howard is averaging 16.3 points, 11.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks.

Joey Dorsey will get the start at center for the time being. He is averaging 2.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in 38 games (four starts) this season.
