Pekka Rinne made 30 saves and Patric winner, as the Predators edged the Kings, 1 at Bridgestone Arena.

Roman Josi also lit the lamp for Nashville, which has recorded a point in five straight games (4-0-1).

Jonathan Quick stopped 26 shots in Los Angeles' fifth loss in six games.

The Kings spoiled Rinne's shutout bid with 3:24 remaining in regulation, as Dustin Brown's wrister from the left circle got through traffic and bounced off several skates in front before finding the back of the net.

Brown, who recorded a hat trick in Saturday's win over the Blackhawks, was credited with the goal, but Rinne stood tall in the final minutes to secure the win.

Josi's seemingly innocuous wrister from the right point deflected off the stick of Kings defenseman Drew Doughty and trickled past Quick with 1:33 remaining in the opening period.

Less than four minutes into the second, David Legwand's shot from between the circles caromed off the back boards and onto the stick of Hornqvist out front for his 18th goal of the season.
