The Team USA Olympic basketball roster for the Summer Games in Rio is taking shape.

New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, a two-time gold medal winner, and Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry have committed to playing for the team, according to Yahoo Sports.

And ESPN reports Indiana Pacers guard/forward Paul George will join them, two years after suffering a horrific leg injury in the USA Basketball Showcase scrimmage. Chicago Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler also has accepted an invitation, while Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan has an invite, according to ESPN.

One player who reportedly won't be on the roster is Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard, who still is recovering from a foot injury.

The Mike Krzyzewski-coached squad will train in Las Vegas in July, then play a series of exhibition games before beginning Olympic play in early August in Rio de Janeiro.
