Maxime Talbot will always be remembered for scoring two goals in Pittsburgh's 2-1 Game 7 win over Detroit in the 2009 Stanley Cup Final. But apparently, he may not always be remembered as a Penguin.

With Talbot days away from unrestricted free agency, Pittsburgh has traded his negotiating rights to the Toronto Maple Leafs according to reports. Talbot, 27, has 108 points in 388 career games, all of them with Pittsburgh, which selected him in the 8th round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

Talbot scored 8 goals and added 13 assists in 82 games this past season.
