There were just two playoff games on Tuesday night, but both were memorable -- and for different reasons.
In Chicago, the Hawks avoided becoming just the third defending champion to be swept in its first series the following year by routing Vancouver 7-2. Los Angeles then jumped to a 4-0 lead at home against San Jose, only to become just the fourth team in playoff history to blow a lead of four or more goals when the Sharks won 6-5 in overtime.
The action heats up with five games on Wednesday's schedule.

Bolland makes instant impact
