Ike Azotam and Lance Brown each recorded a double-double and Quinnipiac dominated Sacred Heart on the boards on the way to a 59-54 victory Wednesday night.

Azotam had 16 points and Brown 13, with each getting 13 rebounds. Quinnipiac, which leads the nation in rebounds per game at 42.3, outrebounded Sacred Heart 44-25.

The Bobcats (16-8, 8-5 Northeast Conference) had 19 offensive rebounds, which paid off in eight more shots than Sacred Heart (9-15, 4-9). Azotam and Brown equally combined for 14 of the 19 offensive rebounds with seven apiece.

Deontay Twyman added 15 points for Quinnipiac, which won its fourth in the last five games.

Shane Gibson had 21 points for the Pioneers, who led most of the way and built the game's biggest lead at 10 points early in the second half.

But the Bobcats outscored Sacred Heart 25-10 over the final 14:51.
