Chicago's Epiphanny Price and Los Angeles' Nneka Ogwumike have been named the WNBA's Eastern and Western Conference players of the week, respectively, for games played June 4-10.

Prince, who earned her second such award, helped Chicago win both its games this week. She leads the league in scoring with 25.3 points per game, nearly doubling last year's total of 13.6 points per game.

The Sky are currently off to a franchise-best 6-1 start.

Ogwumike, who was the top overall pick of the most recent WNBA Draft, scored 25 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the Sparks' 90-74 victory over the Phoenix Mercury. It was her first career double-double.

Other candidates for the weekly award were Atlanta's Angel McCoughtry, Connecticut's Kara Lawson, Indiana's Tamika Catchings, New York's Cappie Pondexter, Washington's Crystal Langhorne, Minnesota's Maya Moore, Phoenix's DeWanna Bonner and Tulsa's Temeka Johnson.
