Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - With a forecast of heavy snow in New York City, Monday's game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center was postponed.

The contest has been rescheduled for April 6.

A winter storm could dump several feet of snow with blizzard conditions in New York City and along the northeast through Tuesday.

Brooklyn is set to play next on Wednesday in Atlanta, while Portland was set to open a four-game road trip on Monday. The Blazers are scheduled to play Wednesday in Cleveland.
